Our EHS&S Policy
Usalco commits to the Responsible Care Guiding Principles as defined by the American Chemistry Council (ACC).
We commit to building a culture that encourages participation and accountability of employees at all levels of the business to develop and maintain the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) that will enable a safe and secure environment.
We have adopted a risk-based approach to operating our RCMS. We commit to providing suitable training to our employees to promote their understanding of Responsible Care and their impacts.
We establish goals, measure our performance, and provide transparent reporting of our progress to our stakeholders.
