DelPAC® 1525 is a basic polyaluminum chloride formulation proven effective in drinking water treatment and phosphorus removal in municipal and industrial wastewater. It meets AWWA Standard B408-25 and complies with NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 at a maximum dosage of 250 mg/L.
Product Highlights
At the upper end of the basicity range, minimal pH depression, can be used in high pH systems. Used in TOC reduction, metals removal, FOG. Used in water treatment as a primary coagulant for the removal of turbidity, color, suspended solids, heavy metals, and phosphorus.
Industries & Uses
Tanks may be constructed of fiberglass/epoxy, or lined steel. Polypropylene or polyethylene tanks have also been used. Schedule 80 PVC or polymer lined piping can be used. Glass reinforced plastic or hard rubber are also suitable materials for piping.
