Aluminum Sulfate Solution (Acidified) is engineered by dissolving alumina trihydrate in water and sulfuric acid. We use only premium raw materials and advanced manufacturing processes to deliver consistent quality. This solution meets the American Water Works Association Standard B403-24 and complies with NSF/ANSI 60: Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals – Health Effects, with a maximum application rate of 150 mg/L.
Product Highlights
USALCO® Aluminum Sulfate is widely used because it is a cost-effective, clear solution that mixes well with water treatment. It does not add color to the water treatment process. Another benefit of acid alum product is a marked improvement in the settled water filterability as less sludge is typically produced. The result is higher quality water at a reduced operating cost.
