Terry Waldo

Terry Waldo joined USALCO® in July 2021 and leads all of USALCO’s business development, customer relations and marketing initiatives across its expanding footprint. He is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in driving revenue and profit growth in the water treatment Industry.

Recognized as a results-oriented leader in strategic account development, management development, business process re-engineering, corporate development, and recruiting, training, and developing sales organizations, Terry also excels in organic organizational growth through continual strengthening of customer relationships, while at the same time building new partnerships and penetrating new markets and verticals. Terry particularly enjoys developing, motivating, and mentoring his teams to establish and promote successful and long-lasting customer partnerships.

Prior to joining USALCO, Terry worked in senior business development for the Brenntag Group, Dynamic Water Technologies and Chem-Aqua, Inc. Terry graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and serves as a member of the University of Texas at Arlington’s College of Engineering Board of Advisors.
