Scott Williams

Scott Williams joined USALCO® in January 2021 as its Vice President – Business Development. He leads the business development efforts of USALCO in the western portion of the United States.

As an innovative entrepreneur, in 2004, Scott founded a tremendously successful manufacturing business of high-quality specialty chemicals for municipal water treatment and industrial applications. Operating as a unified business under Scott’s leadership, Al Chem Specialties, LLC and CalChem, LLC became a powerful brand in the space in the two decades since its founding.

In 2020, Scott saw tremendous commercial opportunity in combining his companies with USALCO to create a leading provider of high-quality aluminum chemicals used in water and wastewater treatment, refinery catalysts and other industrial end market applications in the United States. The transaction, which was completed in January 2021, fit squarely into USALCO’s strategy of further expanding our geographic reach within the U.S. and acquiring best-in-class companies that produce significant value creation opportunities.

Today, Scott’s innate leadership in developing, fostering, and strengthening customer relationships has continued to accelerate USALCO’s growth model. In addition, Scott’s in-depth industry knowledge, combined with his intuitive leadership skills create, also help drive customer opportunities throughout the USALCO nationwide footprint.
