Jim’s career started with Delta Chemical, which in 2011 merged with USALCO. The combined company continued the successful use of a patented process to make a unique polyaluminum chloride coagulant, DelPAC 2020. Since the mid 1990’s this technology has served as the foundation for the extensive DelPAC® and Delta-Floc® series of custom coagulants. Today these coagulants have become the products of choice in well over 1,000 water treatment applications throughout the US.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland. He is also the holder of many patents for his innovative work with aluminum-based chemicals used primarily in water and wastewater treatment processes and for the manufacturing of catalysts used by refineries.
