Production and Logistics Coordinator
ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily inventory verification
- Creating GRN for received raw materials
- Creating POs non-stock purchased items
- Receiving of raw materials in Ross (inventory software system)
- Provide back up support for the Shipping Coordinator and Production Manager
- This job will have approximately 7 direct reports
- Assist with moth end close out
- Be a champion to drive change and HSE
- Printing and organizing blender batch sheets daily
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to handle uncertainty
OTHER:
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening (external candidates)
- Ability to learn Microsoft Office software programs
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Environment includes: Indoor and outdoor work throughout the shift in ambient or above ambient conditions; in close proximity to others; and around moving machinery, heavy equipment, and moving vehicles
- Exposures include hazardous materials, loud noise, and extreme heat/cold
- Physical requirements include climbing, standing, stooping, or typing
- Required to work weekends, nights, and be on-call as needed to support plant production
